KSFC: Wednesday 10pm-11pm

Alternative Radio, established in 1986, is a weekly one-hour public affairs program which serves as a forum for debate and controversy, providing a voice for groups that are overlooked by other media, and is part of the non-profit Institute for Social and Cultural Change. Alternative Radio provides information, analysis and views that are frequently ignored or distorted in other media.

The program is carried by over 125 radio stations and heard by millions of listeners. Their headquarters, with three paid staff, are located in Boulder, CO. Alternative Radio is hosted by its director, David Barsamian. He has been working in radio since 1978.
