The Spokane Folklore Society hosts contra dances 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at the Woman's Club Hall beginning at 7:15PM with a newcomer session followed by a two hour dance starting at 7:30PM. On October 2, Karen Wilson Bell teaches and calls easy to learn dances with live music provided by the Prestwold Players. Everyone is welcome including singles and partners. No experience necessary.
