New logo for SPR; lots of changes coming to the Guide (color, bi-monthly).

SPR celebrates 25 years of broadcasting.

February 

Men in Black: Percussion quartet for the next KPBX Kids’ Concert.

KPBX re-airs Jazz Masters, a 1987 series featuring local talent, and also re-airs The Pied Piper.

March/April

The Klezmer Band performs for a KPBX Kids’ Concert and Robert Munsch comes for SPR and Get Lit!

Health Forum about prostate problems.

David Sedaris appears at the Met.

SPR welcomes financial assistant Cindie Treece.

May/June 

Spokandolin featured at the next KPBX Kids’ Concert, also Milogna (Latin dance music).

Thank-you concert to feature the up and coming young musicians of the area.

Doug Nadvornick heads to DC for a bit; Suzanne Schreiner (an EWU journalism student) helps  produce shows in his absence.
