Public Radio Music Day: South Indian Classical Music from the KPBX Studio

KPBX brings you all kinds of music, every day of the year. We hope you will join us in celebrating that music this Thursday, Public Radio Music Day. This week, we're sharing vidoes of some of our favorite in-studio from the past year.

In April, 2019, we were treated to this live performance of Indian classical music by Vidwan Sri. D Srinivas playing the Veena (stringed instrument), Vidwan Sri. V S Raghaven playing the Mridangam (double-headed drum) and Vidwan Sri. Krishna Sriram playing the Ghatam (clay pot).
