Sprague Army Solider Remembered this Weekend

Family, elected officials, and members of the military will remember a soldier from Sprague, Washington at a funeral Saturday, June 21st. 22-year-old Justin Clouse was one of five men killed by assumed friendly fire in Afghanistan.

His aunt tells us the funeral is at Life Center church in Spokane, Saturday morning at 9:00. Lisa Nilles says younger brother Josh Clouse is escorting his brother home to Spokane on Friday. A member of Clouse’s platoon is traveling to the funeral, from his post in Afghanistan. Governor Jay Inslee plans to be there as well.

A donation fund for the family has been set up at U.S. Bank, under “Donation Fund for Justin Clouse”.
