Spokane Public Radio recently spent an hour on the radio with Seattle-based travel writer and guide Rick Steves, host of the public radio program Travel with Rick Steves. Several listeners joined with their questions. If you weren't able to hear the program the first time, you can click on the box and listen. The program also airs again on KSFC 91.9 in Spokane, 100.3 in Coeur d'Alene on March 27 at 8 am.

Steves will be on stage at Spokane’s Bing Crosby Theater tonight [Thursday] to talk about his book, “Travel as a Political Act.”

Rick Steves views travel as one of the essential elements of a well-lived life.
