Violinist Carrie Kraus

Bozeman, Montana-based violinist Carrie Krause firmly believes that music from the Baroque era (roughly 1600-1750) is uniquely communicative and accessible to all audiences. Putting that philosophy into practice, Carrie has founded Baroque Music Montana (BaMM), an organization that brings the great energy and beauty of this music to towns and cities throughout western Montana. We at KPBX are pleased to announce that we will shortly be presenting some BaMM performances on our regional Concert of the Week program. In this podcast, Jim Tevenan talks with Carrie Krause about her background with Baroque music and work with BaMM.
