Today on the Inland Journal podcast, we start a series of interviews with the candidates for the Spokane city council in the Northeast district.
Tim Benn and his family live in the Minnehaha neighborhood. Benn is a former candidate for the state legislature and it’s his second run for council. Two years ago, he lost in the general election to current council member Kate Burke.
There are seven candidates in the race. We'll post our interviews with the others, one a day, this week and early next. After that, we'll introduce you to the candidates in the Northwest district.
