Before there was "Hamilton," Lin-Manuel Miranda made himself a star with the musical "In the Heights." It has now been translated into a film, now playing in theaters and streaming on HBO Max, which Nathan Weinbender says is a rousing, if old-fashioned, piece of entertainment.
