Iraqi Tribunal Weighs Charges Against Saddam

Captured in December 2003, former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has not been charged. Salem Chalabi, director general of the Iraqi Special Tribunal, says he expects Saddam Hussein and others will be served with arrest warrants by June 30. Hear Chalabi and NPR's Scott Simon.
