Inland Journal for April 5, 2018
? We’ll visit the city of Spokane’s new DUI court, which is three months into existence. Its goal is to work with people arrested for driving under the influence, help them through the legal system and with their addictions.
? We’ll hear how people in the U.S. illegally may be treated differently, depending on where in Washington they live. We’ll see it through the eyes of a young man who fights wildfires in the Okanogan Valley.
? And we’ll look ahead at a series of programs we’ll run next week called “Plan Well, Age Well.” We’ll talk with experts in the field of elder law, long-term and Medicare insurance, financial planning, caregiving, elder housing and other areas.
