From the Studio: Art on Monroe 2022

Denny Carman and Gina Campbell preview the first-ever Art on Monroe event

Gina Campbell, owner of 1889 Salvage Co. and chair of the North Monroe Business District, enters the SPR studios accompanied by artist and arts advocate Denny Carman to talk about Art on Monroe.

Art on Monroe is an all-new one-day event that will feature local small businesses hosting over 90 artists and crafters. The vendors will set up next to sidewalks and shops along the district's primary shopping area in the Emerson-Garfield neighborhood.

Visitors will have the opportunity to browse and purchase their work and even see art being made live onsite. Some businesses will also be running raffles and promotions.

The free, all-ages event is a partnership between the North Monroe Business District and M.A.D. Co. Lab Studios.

It starts at 10am on Saturday, September 10, 2022 and runs until 5pm.
