February 12, 19, 26 and March 5, 2022

The first week is drawing: break out all of those fancy markers you bought on sale but have been too afraid to use! We’ll combine those with pencils, pens, crayons and more to make colorful, expressive drawings! The second week is collage: gather supplies from your junk mail, magazines, scrapbook paper and more to make a collage image. Enjoy the contrast in colors, patterns, and texture! For the third week we explore watercolor: splash some paint around and experiment with making puddles of color, “drawing” with paint and more. In our final week students learn to combine two or even three of the different mediums together to make a final piece. We’ll have fun drawing over collage, putting paint over a drawing or collage. It’ll be a free for all!
