Anyone 18 years or older, of any experience level with improv or poetry, who wants to learn how to harness improv to improve their poems. Join us in saying "yes, and" to your inner creative voice! See how the basics of improv can translate into writing your own innovative poetry. Learn the basics of improv and poetry through an engaging mix of group games, literary conversations and writing prompts. Whatever your experience level with poetry or improv, if you are someone who would like the chance to feel safer, more confident, and more in touch with your creative side, this class is for you!

In this class, I hope to introduce the medium of oil painting to those who are new to it, and share my expertise with those already acquainted with it.
*Pre-registration is required for Art School classes; classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be registered ONLY on receipt of payment.

In this handbuilding class students will experience creating a design from coils and place the coils in a mold to make a design. In addition, students will make a mug with a handle out of stabs to make a set. The bowl and mug will be painted with color underslips.
Please come in clothing that can get wet and dirty and dress warm.

Come join Commellini Estate’s Executive Chef, Frank, and learn how to create the delectable pillow-like pasta: Gnocchi. You will be rolling up your sleeves in the Estate’s kitchen in this hands-on cooking class. Class culminates in a delicious meal, served family style, inside the historic Commellini Estate’s Main Venue.

Northwest Hunt Fest is a non-profit event focused on providing hunter education to the thousands of hunting enthusiasts in the northwest. Our event features seminars ranging from e-scouting to wild game cooking. This family friendly event includes an archery shoot for kids and adults, an elk and duck calling contest, tons of seminars on big game hunting, water fowl, regulation updates from Idaho Fish & Game, music, and food trucks! Proceeds from this educational event support youth archery and young hunter programs in the northwest.
