Classical Guitar Alive
KPBX: Thursday 11am-12pm

Albert Einstein said, "If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician. I often think in music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music.. ...I get most enjoyment in life out of music."

We seek to improve the quality of life of many through musical expression. Music has the power to inspire, lift the spirit, ease suffering, and heal the listener. The classical guitar and its ancient musical ancestors are uniquely qualified in this regard. Many cultures and histories from present-day to Biblical times mention listeners being soothed by the sound of a guitar, a lute, a lyre, and countless others. Our mission is the betterment of mankind through music, and we seek to achieve this by bringing classical guitar music to the widest possible audience.
