Stratton, Rathbun To Run For NW Spokane City Council Seat

Current Spokane City Councilwoman Karen Stratton will have a chance to run for a second term. The primary election voters gave Stratton 48% of the vote in a six-way race.

She'll face retired Air Force navigator Andy Rathbun in the November election. Rathbun won more than 24% of the vote.

Washington state investigator Jeff Martin finished third in the race with 12.6% of the vote. Ken Side, Christopher Savage and Jeff Rugan all collected between 4-5% of the vote.
