2024 Tour of USA - International Uranium Film Festival - originating in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2010 travels worldwide showing Documentary Films on all Nuclear Issues. This year they are traveling throughout the USA and Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility are sponsoring them here in Spokane on the evenings of April 3rd & 4th starting at 5:30 pm each evening to 10:00pm - $7.00 each night, tickets on Magic Lantern website: Magiclanternonmain.com . There will be a panel that includes the co-founders and representatives from WPSR, Marshallese community, Spokane Tribes, and Veterans ... all impacted peoples are invited and welcome, and all healthcare leaders, community leaders, educators, are encouraged to come as well as any interested in the history and individual stories of the Islanders, Veterans, Indigenous peoples, Hanford, WA. and Aiken, SC workers... and DOWNWINDERS... All of us... Goal is to keep Uranium in the ground!
