SPR Appreciation Week, June 18-24

In lieu of our Spring Drive, we are celebrating with a SPR Appreciation week and a $25,000 matching challenge! From June 18 to 24 we will be working to meet all of the challenge grants generously donated to us for what would have been our Spring Drive. We cannot thank our grantors enough, and a big thank you to everyone who already donated this year. You have helped us make it this far. Even though we have gone through spring without a usual drive, SPR is still in need of support.

The last time a drive was interrupted was the very first drive attempted by SPR. Three days before the St. Helens eruption, KPBX began its first ever pledge drive, which was soon interrupted and ended. As a non-profit public radio station, a successful drive with support from the community is vital. COVID-19, like Mt. St. Helens, disrupted our planned spring pledge drive. As the Inland Northwest moves through the stages of reopening, SPR will continue providing the news and information you need to plan for your own next steps. Please help us continue broadcasting by donating today online or by mail.
