Kenji López-Alt shares why he eats lobster for Thanksgiving, Dan Pashman tells how to eat pie the right way, and we learn to make Yogurt-Roasted Carrots with Warm Spices.
2:00 p.m. Giving Thanks, from APM, Giving Thanks sounds the way Thanksgiving feels: inviting, warm, and festive. It’s a contemporary thoughtful celebration of the spirit of the holiday. Special guests Stanley Tucci and Naomi Shihab Nye join our Thanksgiving table, and music from Eric Whitacre, Bach, Copland and more complete the scene.

Saturday, November 27 at 8 p.m. Johnson's Improbable History of Pop will feature The Legend of Beau Dollar, a retrospective of blue eyed funk drummer and soul vocalist Bill Bowman who propelled bands of James Brown and Lonnie Mack in their 1960's heydays.
Sunday, November 28 at 9 p.m. Soundspace with Zan Agzigian Zan will share a unique two-hour playlist composed by her life friend, Tadhg O'Connor, whom she met in college. He has one of the most impressive music collections Zan has ever encountered, and she gives thanks to him by allowing him to be the one to share it with SPR listeners. Tadhg has played a big part in what you hear each week on Soundspace!
