From the Studio: Cellist Matt Haimovitz and the Gonzaga Symphony Orchestra

Verne had a chance to talk with cellist Matt Haimovitz today, who is the guest soloist for the upcoming Gonzaga Symphony Orchestra concert. Kevin Hekmatpanah, director of the ensemble, will lead the group through great symphonic masterworks, including Smetana's The Moldau, Dvorak's Scherzo Capriccioso, and Samuel Barber's Cello Concerto featuring Haimovitz. Their concert is Monday, December 7th at 7:30pm at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox.
