Thomas Lofton Reads "And Burnt the Topless Towers Ilium: Helen" by Rachel Toor

Hair of the Dog is a new anthology of poems published by Willow Springs Books, a literary press housed within Eastern Washington's Inland Nortwest Center for Writers. Poets were invited to submit poems featuring, musing on, or otherwise including the subject of dogs. Hair of the Dog is the Volume II in Willow Springs Books' Zodiac Poetry Series.

All of the poems featured this week on the Poetry Moment are included in the Hair of the Dog anthology and are read by EWU students.

Chris Maccini previously worked at SPR as Morning Edition host and producing arts and special programming such as The Bookshelf, Poetry Moment, Northwest Arts Review, special features and more.
