Last week, Avista’s board of directors voted to move ahead and allow the Canadian company Hydro One to obtain the longtime Spokane utility. Spokane Public Radio’s Steve Jackson brought Avista President and CEO Scott Morris into the studio to talk about what that means for ratepayers.
