A Primer About Washington's Four November Statewide Initiatives

In Washington, voters will choose legislators and county elected officials. There are no races for statewide office, but there are four initiatives. We’ve invited our Olympia correspondent, Austin Jenkins, to give us some general descriptions about Initiatives 1631, 1634, 1639 and 904.
