Spokane attorney Marshall Casey is running for an open seat on the Washington Court of Appeals, Division III, which serves nearly all of eastern and central Washington. His opponent is Spokane Municipal Court Judge Tracy Staab. The winner will replace Acting Chief Judge Kevin Korsmo.
