Spokane Municipal Court Judge Tracy Staab is running for an open seat on the Washington Court of Appeals, Division III, which serves nearly all of eastern and central Washington. Her opponent is Spokane attorney Marshall Casey. The winner will replace Acting Chief Judge Kevin Korsmo.
