Leoneda Inge is WUNC’s race and southern culture reporter, the first public radio journalist in the South to hold such a position. She explores modern and historical constructs to tell stories of poverty and wealth, health and food culture, education and racial identity. Leoneda is also co-host of the podcast Tested, allowing for even more in-depth storytelling on those topics.

Lauren reports from Northern Idaho with a focus on socioeconomics and rural communities for Boise State Public Radio. She grew up in the Southern half of the Gem State and now live in Orofino where you’ll find her gardening, hiking or paddleboarding down the Clearwater River.

John Ydstie has covered the economy, Wall Street, and the Federal Reserve at NPR for nearly three decades. Over the years, NPR has also employed Ydstie's reporting skills to cover major stories like the aftermath of Sept. 11, Hurricane Katrina, the Jack Abramoff lobbying scandal, and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. He was a lead reporter in NPR's coverage of the global financial crisis and the Great Recession, as well as the network's coverage of President Trump's economic policies. Ydstie has also been a guest host on the NPR news programs Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and Weekend Edition. Ydstie stepped back from full-time reporting in late 2018, but plans to continue to contribute to NPR through part-time assignments and work on special projects.

Doualy Xaykaothao is a newscaster and reporter for NPR, based in Culver City. She returned to NPR for this role in 2018, and is responsible for writing, producing, and delivering national newscasts. She also reports on breaking news stories for NPR.

Kyrsten Weber is the host of All Things Considered. Having grown up on NPR, she first became an SPR supporter as a Whitworth student 30 years ago. After university, Kyrsten chose to stay in Spokane. She worked for ten years in music and news radio, before transitioning to full-time freelance work as a Voice Actor, Voice Coach and Writer. She has worked with clients throughout North America and Europe from the comfort of her home studio (sadly, no jet-setting). Kyrsten has been a pledge host for Public Radio and TV, worked with the Spokane Symphony in fundraising, and volunteered in Spokane Public Schools.
