Representatives from 2022 SAGA grantee Browne's Addition Neighborhood Council discuss Poetry Prelude

E.J. Iannelli talks with Spokane Poet Laureate Chris Cook and arts advocate Annie Matlow, who are in the studio on behalf of Browne’s Addition Neighborhood Council. The neighborhood council was one of nine successful applicants during the second selection round of the 2022 Spokane Arts Grant Awards (SAGA). The organization received funding for Poetry Prelude, a literary appetizer of sorts to the musical performances in this year's Browne's Addition Summer Concert series.

SAGA is an annual competitive grant process administered by Spokane Arts. It’s on track this year to allocate around $150,000 in financial support directly to artists and organizations.
