A new season of Spokane String Quartet performances begins this weekend, and the ensemble also welcomes guest pianist Frank Huang for a program of truly classic pieces, Franz Liszt's Totentanz for piano solo, Antonin Dvořák's "Dumky" Trio, and Franz Schubert's "Trout" Quintet, with guest bassist, Kim Plewniak. Our From the Studio time includes performances from the Dumky Trio and a beautiful short Franz Liszt piece based on the Robert Schumann song, Widmung (Dedication).
