A diverse lot of performers with a sampling of what the "Desert Sound" was all about from the 1950's into the 21st century. We''ll hear plenty of twangy guitar and spacious production sounds befitting the last of the lower 48 to be tamed into statehood. A special nod goes to Audio Recorders of Phoenix who captured so much of the overall southwest vibe for a wide variety of artists.
