An encore presentation from June, 1999, features Jim Kershner of Spokane sharing the banjo's evolution in popular music over the last century. We'll hear samples from Louis Armstrong, Neil Young, Led Zeppelin, Johnny Horton , and many more. Well also hear Jim read a light hearted column he wrote for the Spokesman Review on the banjo.
