Aileen Keown Vaux is a poet and essayist. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University, and her debut collection of poems, Consolation Prize, inspired by her passion for county fairs and her experiences growing up in Central Washington. Her collection was published by Scablands Books in 2018.
