Property Tax Collection Site

Property Tax Collection Site

Property taxes are due April 30, 2026, and October 31, 2026. You can make your payment online, by mail, over the phone, at a drop box or in person. The Spokane County Courthouse address, office hours and drop box locations are all available on our website at www.spokanecounty.gov/treasurer. Because the courthouse may not be convenient for everyone, we are also pleased to offer in-person tax collection services at two other locations in April and October: Spokane Valley City Hall and the North Spokane Library. We'll be at Spokane Valley City Hall (10210 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99206) on Friday, April 17th & 24th, and again on Friday, October 16th & 23rd, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We'll be at the North Spokane Library (44 E. Hawthorne Road, Spokane, WA 99218) on Tuesday, April 21st & 28th, and again on Tuesday, October 20th & 27th, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Note that no cash will be accepted at these locations; only check or credit/debit payments are accepted at these locations and applicable card fees will apply.
