Sip and Paint with Adam Roth

Sip and Paint with Adam Roth
Acting Workshop
IMPORTANT: This class meets offsite at the Human Rights Education Institute
414 W Fort Grounds Drive
This 6 week workshop addresses all facets of the professional actor’s agenda: exploring and expanding the range of the acting instrument, improvisation, auditioning, cold reading, memorization, script analysis, scene and character work, acting for movies and television, career management, etc.
At acting's highest levels, the work is an exercise in living truthfully under imaginary circumstances. Improvisation is the means by which the actor explores and expands the range of the acting instrument, as well as an absolute prerequisite for genuine interpersonal communication.
Inquiring performers are highly encouraged to audit a workshop free of charge before enrolling.
Recommended for all performers; for working professionals as well as those who seek initial training. Everyone works at their own level and pace within the group.
It begins with the uniqueness of the individual.
Scholarships are available for this workshop. For more info. please contact Emerge at: programming@emergecda.com.
