Spokane Folklore Society Contra Dance
The Spokane Folklore Society hosts its first Wednesday contra dance on May 7 at the Woman's Club Hall featuring caller Nancy Staub and the band Prestwold Players. Nancy will teach easy to learn dances beginning with a newcomer session at 7:15PM followed by a two hour dance starting at 7:30PM. Everyone is welcome. Beginners. No partner is necessary. Come have fun in a safe welcoming environment. General admission is $10; SFS members and students is $7; kids under 18 are free.
