Spokane Folklore Society's First Wednesday Contra Dance
The Spokane Folklore Society hosts its monthly 1st Wednesday contra dance on October 7 at the Woman's Club Hall on the Southill of Spokane beginning with a newcomer session at 7:15PM followed by a two hour dance starting at 7:30PM. Caller Penn Fix will teach easy to learn dances and River City Ramblers will play old time fiddle tunes. All are welcomed including singles and partners. No experience is necessary. Casual dress.
General admission is $10; SFS members and those under 25 $7; under 18, free.
