The Liberty Gallery hosts the Spokane Watercolor Society 2024 Member's Show from Jan 3 - Feb 23. The First Friday reception to Meet the Artists and awards presentation is Jan 5th, from 5-8pm.

The Spokane Watercolor Society (SWS) is the premier watercolor society for the eastern Washington and greater Spokane community, dedicated to improving the overall artistic capability of its members. The SWS 2024 Member's Show features paintings by twenty-two of the Society’s members. Paintings were juried for inclusion in the show by Jessica L Bryant, a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, Northwest Watercolor Society, and Idaho Watercolor Society. The chosen paintings exhibit a wide variety of styles and subject matter, but all are created using water soluble painting media, i.e. watercolor, gouache, acrylic, casein, or ink on a natural fiber paper or illustration board.
