Each year The Friends of Manito sponsors a plant sale to raise funds for projects and activities that support Manito Park. This year, our Spring Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, June 4th, 2022, from 8AM to 3PM. Our Plant Sale this year includes 450 plant varieties, including a spectacular selection of perennials and house plants. We will also be featuring handmade Home and Garden décor items for sale. Our plant profiles on The Friends of Manito website provide an in-depth description of some of the plants that will be available at this year’s sale. When you visit our plant sale, you can park either on the street surrounding the park, or in the public parking spots located throughout the park. Plants will be on display in the parking lot just east of the Manito Park Gaiser Conservatory.

About The Friends of Manito
Founded in 1990, The Friends of Manito was organized to support Manito Park by providing funds for work projects throughout the park, educational events, and community activities. The Friends of Manito relies on donations and memberships to continue to provide this support to the park. From its inception, we have increased our membership by over 50%, and, thanks to the generous donations from our community, we have provided over $900,00 to Spokane Parks and Recreation for Manito Park.
