In December 2023 the Liberty Gallery will celebrate a Victorian Christmas with a display titled "The Whimsical World of Keith Harrop". The British pencil artist creates whimsical artwork including alligators in top hats, mice on bicycles, and cats…. lots of cats! Keith brings something new and magical to people, expressing a sense of wonderment and possibilities. His drawings harken back to vintage Victorian photos. In the right context and composition, the true personalities of his animals shine through. In addition to the original drawings in the Liberty Gallery display, there will be prints and cards available downstairs at Pottery Place Plus. You can meet Keith at the First Friday reception on December 1 from 5–9pm.
