Haven Spokane
A free two-day game-making event for teens ages 13-18 at Spokane Valley Tech. Teenagers will spend the weekend designing and coding their own video games, many for the first time. At the end, every student earns a certificate from Hack Club, recognized by MIT, AMD, GitHub, and the Congressional App Challenge. The whole event is free, including all meals. Adult (18+) supervisors will be on site the entire time. The event is completely free, all meals are provided, and adult supervisors are present throughout. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days.
