Korean Movie Night
Korean Movie Night
The Korean American Association of Spokane, together with the Spokane–Jecheon Sister City Society, is proud to bring the Korean film Little Forest to the Spokane community. This screening is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen cultural exchange, deepen understanding, and share meaningful aspects of Korean life with our neighbors.
Little Forest is a gentle, beautifully crafted film that explores the relationship between nature, seasonal food, and the process of healing. Through its quiet storytelling, the movie highlights the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with the land, and finding balance in the midst of life’s challenges. Its themes resonate across cultures, offering comfort and reflection for audiences of all backgrounds.
To ensure the film is accessible to everyone, the screening will include English subtitles, allowing all residents to fully enjoy and engage with the story. We hope this event not only introduces a beloved Korean film but also creates an opportunity for Spokane residents to experience a piece of Korean culture, build community connections, and celebrate the friendship between Spokane and Jecheon.
