Remembering Patrice Munsel

Patrice-Munsel-LIFE-1944.jpg

Spokane native Patrice Munsel was a household name of the mid-20th Century, starring at the Metropolitan Opera for well over a decade and hosting her own television program.

SPR's Verne Windham interviewed the former Lewis & Clark High School student in 2008. On Thursday August 11 at 10:00am, KPBX aired this talk with one of Spokane's luminaries with samples of her celebrated voice. He was joined by Bill Roesch of Vox Humana. Listen below to this special program.
