Spokane school board seats are in high demand this year. Thirteen candidates are running for two open seats during the August primary election.
Spokane Public Radio’s Rebecca White has spoken with nine of those candidates in the run-up to election. Today she talks with Daryl Geffken. He is a financial advisor and former youth pastor.
