Christopher Connelly is a KERA reporter based in Fort Worth. Christopher joined KERA after a year and a half covering the Maryland legislature for WYPR, the NPR member station in Baltimore. Before that, he was a Joan B. Kroc Fellow at NPR – one of three post-graduates who spend a year working as a reporter, show producer and digital producer at network HQ in Washington, D.C.

Mark is a senior reporter/producer at Michigan Radio where he's been working to develop the station's online news content since 2010.

Suzanne Hogan graduated from the College of Santa Fe in New Mexico, with a degrees in Political Science and Documentary Studies. Her interests include Latin American politics, immigration and storytelling in a variety of mediums including photography, film/video and writing.

Kristofor Husted is a senior reporter at KBIA in Columbia, Mo. Previously Husted reported for NPR’s Science Desk in Washington and Harvest Public Media. Husted was a 2013 fellow with the Institute for Journalism and Natural Resources and a 2015 fellow for the Institute for Journalism and Justice. He’s won regional and national Edward R. Murrow, PRNDI and Sigma Delta Chi awards. Husted also is an instructor at the Missouri School of Journalism. He received a B.S. in cell biology from UC Davis and an M.S. in journalism from Northwestern University.

Alan was a Kroc Fellow at NPR and worked at WNPR as a reporter for three months. He is interested in everything from health and science reporting to comic books and movies. Before joining us, he studied journalism at Northwestern University, and worked at Psychology Today, NPR's Weekend Edition, and WBEZ in Chicago.

Pete's interest in radio dates from his early college years, when he first heard "free form" rock radio (and thought it was pretty cool). His first experience on the air came in the mid 1970's, when as a music student he got the chance to play classical music on a small college station. He followed that stint by producing local announcements for public TV. He eventually landed in Spokane and a midday shift at a popular music station. Although his 30+ year career in Spokane was spent in commercial radio, he feels an affinity for Spokane Public Radio, having always been a loyal listener, and is excited that his career has come full circle. Pete listens to all kinds of classical music, and loves attending concerts. He teaches pottery at a local studio.
