Spokane Co Fire District 3 Annual Station 35 Chili Feed

Spokane Co Fire District 3 Annual Station 35 Chili Feed

CHENEY, Wash. – The Spokane County Fire District 3 Member Association will host its annual Station 35 Chili Feed Thursday, September 26th, 2024 from 5-7 p.m. at Station 35, located at 1801 W Gibbs Rd. This event is open to the public and is by donation.

The SCFD3 Member Association Annual Chili Feed is a community event organized to raise
funds and foster relationships within the community. Typically held in the fall, the event features a variety of chili dishes prepared by local firefighters and volunteers. It is an opportunity for residents to come together, enjoy good food, and support local fire service initiatives, while also raising awareness about fire safety and prevention through public education efforts by personnel
from SCFD3. The SCFD3 Member Association is a private organization which provides support to the fire fighters and families of SCFD3 and community members within the district. The donations received at the Annual Chili Feed are utilized to fund community outreach events, educational initiatives for members, or donations to fire victims within the fire district.

261 community members attended the 2023 Annual Chili Feed, raising over $3,100 to support the well-being of first responders and the community within Spokane County Fire District 3.
