WSU alumni John Roskelley and Chris Kopczynski have climbed some of earth's highest and most difficult peaks, notching several first ascents.

They recently donated an exceptional collection of mountaineering books first collected by their mentor, Joe Collins, to the WSU Libraries. A new exhibit, "From Peak to Page," traces the history of mountaineering using rare books from the collection.
