Nadine Woodward is winning the Spokane mayor's race after the first batch of 84,000 votes was counted.

MAYOR: Ben Stuckart 18,432 (47%); Nadine Woodward 20,263 (52%)

CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT: Breean Beggs 18,372 (49%); Cindy Wendle 19,156 (51%)

CITY COUNCIL, NORTHEAST: Tim Benn 3,414 (44%); Michael Cathcart 4,122 (53%)

CITY COUNCIL, SOUTH: Tony Kiepe 4,737 (32%); Lori Kinnear (I) 9,914 (67%)

CITY COUNCIL, NORTHWEST: Andy Rathbun 6,382 (48%); Karen Stratton (I) 6,783 (51%)

PROPOSITION 1: Yes 29,293 (78%); No 8,188 (22%)

PROPOSITION 2: Yes 27,282 (73%); No 10,161 (27%)
