The caper comedy "Breaking News in Yuba County," now available to rent on VOD, has one of the best casts of recent years, featuring Allison Janney, Awkwafina, Mila Kunis, Regina Hall and more. Despite that star wattage, Nathan Weinbender says it plays like a weak cover version of much better movies.
