Sound Bath at ALURA Wellness Spa with I AM Alliance
You are invited into an evening of deep rest, presence, and care.
Held inside the beautiful space of ALURA Wellness Spa, this sound bath experience is designed to allow you to fully soften and receive. From the moment you arrive, every detail has been prepared so you can set down the weight of the day and return to yourself.
ALURA creates the environment of comfort and calm, while I AM Alliance holds the space for you to journey inward. Through waves of sound and stillness, you are invited to listen more deeply, release what no longer needs to be carried, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within you.
Your experience includes water, a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, and eye mask, along with a few thoughtful gifts to support your integration after the evening ends.
Whether this is your first sound bath or your hundredth, we welcome you exactly as you are. Each experience is unique, and each person receives what they are ready for in that moment.
You are welcome to bring anything that will help you feel more supported during your time with us.
Come as you are.Allow yourself to be held. And give yourself the space to simply be.

Property taxes are due April 30, 2026, and October 31, 2026. You can make your payment online, by mail, over the phone, at a drop box or in person. The Spokane County Courthouse address, office hours and drop box locations are all available on our website at www.spokanecounty.gov/treasurer. The All-Community Hymn Sing invites you to sing your favorite traditional Christian hymns, choruses, and gospel songs accompanied by organist Jon Van Vogt, pianist Kathy Jones, and song leader Wes Hershberger on the historical Wurlitzer Theater Organ and grand piano. Time will be allow for audience choices. This is a great opportunity for community members who miss the traditional music no longer sung in their morning worship services, and is a great opportunity for families to introduce their children to the music of their Christian heritage. Invite your friends and neighbors to join you in celebrating the traditional music of your faith. For information, email Roger at longfam@my.whitworth.edu.
