Your WHY is not a statement. It is a compass.
Busy is not the same as aligned. And scaling without clarity is expensive. Whether you are just starting out or leading a growing team, your mission, vision, and values are not documents you write once and forget. They are living anchors. As you evolve, they must evolve with you.
In this session of The Aligned Business Series, we will revisit and recalibrate the foundation of your work. You will refine your WHY through who you are today, clarify the future you are building toward, and strengthen the values guiding your decisions.
You do not need to have attended the first workshop to join us.
Social Hour from 5:00–5:30 PM Sponsored by Thrivent and Numerica
Workshop Experience from 5:30–7:00 PM
If something feels slightly off in your business, do not ignore it. This is your moment to realign.

Sound Bath at ALURA Wellness Spa with I AM Alliance
You are invited into an evening of deep rest, presence, and care.
Held inside the beautiful space of ALURA Wellness Spa, this sound bath experience is designed to allow you to fully soften and receive. From the moment you arrive, every detail has been prepared so you can set down the weight of the day and return to yourself.
ALURA creates the environment of comfort and calm, while I AM Alliance holds the space for you to journey inward. Through waves of sound and stillness, you are invited to listen more deeply, release what no longer needs to be carried, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within you.

All are Welcome! Come the First and Third Tuesdays at 6pm. We are focusing on Sri Easwaran's form of passage meditation and his 8-Point Program for daily living, currently meeting at the Spokane Buddhist Temple. This form of meditation fits with any spiritual path. Passage meditation was designed specifically for the Western “monkey mind.” It is a very disciplined approach to slowing down and focusing. It is difficult, but very rewarding! We are currently studying Sri Easwaran’s book "Passage Meditation". Questions, call Lou Ann at (509) 590-3512
