Despite its title, Kirsten Johnson's documentary "Dick Johnson Is Dead" is about one man's life, told by his own daughter and filled with bizarre fantasy sequences, horror movie violence and other strange detours. It's streaming now on Netflix, and Nathan Weinbender says it's one of the best and most original films of the year.
